Leslie Acuin, CPHR, MBA

Founder and CEO, Flexihire Talent

Leslie's career began in talent sourcing and grew into HR end to end, spanning recruitment, operations, payroll, and people strategy.

Across 12 years working with companies of every industry and size, from North America to Europe and beyond, she saw one thing they all had in common. They lacked a solid HR foundation. Most were focused on revenue, without realizing the people running the business are what drive that revenue.

That is the gap Flexihire Talent was built to close.

Leslie earned her CPHR and MBA to sharpen both her HR expertise and her understanding of how businesses grow. She brings that dual lens to every client, building people functions that are compliant, scalable, and built to last.
